Pull your entire product catalog from Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and other e-commerce platforms — products, variants, barcodes, and pricing — into Crate with a single API call. Crate maps products and variants to items, handles pagination for catalogs of any size, and deduplicates on external ID and SKU so the import is safe to re-run.

REST API

Every Crate capability is available through clean, documented REST endpoints. Resource URLs are path-scoped by tenant (/orgs/{orgId}/...) with JSON request and response bodies throughout.

Webhook Events

Subscribe to state-change events — goods received, stock adjusted, PO status changed — and get real-time HTTP callbacks to your systems.

API Keys

Generate API keys for system-to-system integrations. API keys carry the same tenant and permission context as user sessions, so access control is consistent across all access methods.

CSV Import & Export

Bulk operations via CSV for initial data loading, periodic catalog updates, or extracting report data for offline analysis. Every list endpoint supports CSV export.
